We live in a culture where masculinity is not only in serious decline, but is actually being called into question. In many ways the Church has lost its vision for what it looks like for men to be manly unto the glory of God. It goes without saying that there are certainly lots of bad examples of manhood and chauvinism throughout the world. These sorts of things are definitely not what we have in mind. Nevertheless, did you know that the Bible actually exhorts men to "act like men," (I Corinthians 16:13)? The fact that this exhortation exists in God's holy and inspired Word means at least two important things:

First, it means there is such a thing as Biblical manliness.
Second, it means that this kind of godly manhood is to be desired and pursued by all Christian men.

At Covenant Grace, it is our desire to help men learn to be men unto the glory of God. This includes learning to be servant-leaders in their marriage and home, being daily spiritual leaders for their family, expressing sacrificial love that puts the needs of others before their own, and keeping the focus of their family's life on Christ and his glory. In order to promote these holy ends, we provide a weekly Men's Bible Study on Wednesday mornings from 6:30-7:30 AM in addition to Lord's Day Worship and Lord's Day Discipleship.
